Standard Allan Opera House Wedding Prices

A Standard Wedding Package is defined:
1. Non-Denominational Minister without rehearsal. Add $50 for Rehearsal time with minister. Counseling also available on a per hour basis
2. Six hour facility rental. Additional time on a per hour basis.
3. Floral package includes flowers for a wedding party of eight, a toss bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres for parents and special friends, and one centerpiece for each table. One of three floral arrangements can be chosen: Classic, Princess or Wedding Royale.
4. Buffet Menu or Cocktail Menu
5. Costs iinclude all gratuities.
Water, setups and/or soda will be served at the bar at an additional and nominal cost. Payment will be by cash bar or lump sum estimate two weeks before the wedding (if paid 2 weeks before wedding, then actual cost will be tallied and any cost adjustment provided after the reception).
Possession or consumption of alcohol on the premises is expressly prohibited unless authorized pursuant to an addendum to the user agreement. The licensee must obtain Dram Shop insurance from their insurance company (which includes proper insurance coverage) which typically cost about $50 for a single event. If alcohol is authorized, Licensee will provide and be responsible for having persons working at the premises serving alcohol to check identification and assure that no minors are served alcohol. No alcohol will be allowed off premises.
A User Agreement must be signed at the time of date reservation. Damage deposit is required at signing of agreement and full price is due 1 week before wedding.
Following are the costs for a Standard Packge for a Wedding Party of Eight and Six Hour Hall Rental. (Note that the costs listed in the tables below are for the maximum number of guests for the range selected. For example, if range 0-25 guests is selected, the costs listed is for 25 people. Costs will be adjusted for the actual number of guests attending.)
