Following are payment policies for Wedding Packages at the Allan Opera House:
At the Time of Wedding Reservation the following deposits are required: • Non-Refundable Deposit to Reverend Dawn Morby of $75. • Non-Refundable Deposit to Elizabeth Market Floral Market of $100. • Non-Refundable Deposit to Dr Woodchucks for the facility of $50. • A signed document to Hay Day Catering is required. 50% of Catering Cost must be deposited at time of signing.
Fourteen days before the wedding: • Payment in Full. This includes minister fees, floral arrangements, catering and the facilities. • Separate checks will be made for each of the above. These checks must be provided to Tina Hollis of Dr Woodchucks 14 days before the wedding. • Final count for catering must be supplied at this time.
Contracts: • A User Contract for the Allan Opera House facility must be signed at time of reservation. This User Contract can be seen at this website. • The renter of the facility will provide insurance coverage for all hazards, name Dr Woodchucks as an additional insured, and provide Dr Woddchucks with a copy of said insurance 7 days prior to the wedding. (This insurance for the day of the wedding can be obtained from the renters insurance carrier typically for a nominal cost) •As mentioned above, a contract with Hay Day Catering must be signed at time of reservation.
